Colonial Inn is a smoke free hotel.
No Smoking is permitted inside the hotel building or inside any rooms. Its a motel so you may smoke outside in the free air!
A minimum cleaning and restoration fee of $250.00 will be assessed to your account, if this policy is not honored.
Why did we adopt a Smoke Free Policy?
Majority of our guests request and prefer a non-smoking hotel environment. The only way to provide this experience is to not allow smoking inside the hotel building. Therefore, we have applied this preference.What if I need to Smoke?
Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside the hotel building.
We are committed to providing all of our guests with a smoke-free environment.
